The Plated Purpose Culinary Program is more than cooking—it’s a hands-on, life-changing experience designed for students who dream of working in culinary, hospitality, or entrepreneurship.


About the Program

Plated Purpose is an 8-week culinary training program hosted by Legacy Café, combining classroom learning with real kitchen experience. Students work alongside professional chefs and industry mentors while learning:


  • Culinary Techniques (knife skills, sauces, plating, etc.)


  • Restaurant Operations (front & back of house)


  • Teamwork & Leadership in a fast-paced environment


  • Financial & Business Skills for entrepreneurship


  • Personal Development, Confidence, and Professionalism
