About the Program
Plated Purpose is an 8-week culinary training program hosted by Legacy Café, combining classroom learning with real kitchen experience. Students work alongside professional chefs and industry mentors while learning:
Culinary Techniques (knife skills, sauces, plating, etc.)
Restaurant Operations (front & back of house)
Teamwork & Leadership in a fast-paced environment
Financial & Business Skills for entrepreneurship
Personal Development, Confidence, and Professionalism
